What are the requirements to start our plans?

Depending on your customized plans and services you chose, we start with your authorization and availability of your staff. Some plans can have delayed payment status.


How did you come up with this concept?

After seeing the cost to employers for employee benefits ranging upward of 10's of thousands of dollars per month and small business employers choosing to not offer benefits to employees, we sought to develop and find unconventional ways to assist the small business to offer benefits; making you competitive attracting and retaining skilled workers and helping you scale for your goals.


How long does the process take to get our employees enrolled?

You chose the enrollment dates. It normally takes 1-3 days to enroll depending on the size of the business. Some plans are quaranteed issued, some may be underwritten.


Can we include our non W-2 Contractors?

Unlike conventional group health benefits rules, we are proud to give you the freedom of choice to offer 1099 contractors coverage and many part-time workers can qualify as well.
